INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

WAR 845

Warrior Universal Light Brackets are designed to be installed onto any 1” diameter round tubing. This may

include cargo racks, light bars, brush guards, or any other products using 1” round tubing.

1. Be sure that any bare metal surfaces are repainted prior to installation, if needed, to prevent rust.

2. Place the brackets onto the tubing and position them where you will want them once installed.

Depending on how you decide to attach your brackets, either mark for welding, or mark through the pre-

drilled holes for drilling holes into your tubing. Drill holes appropriate to the size bolts you decide to

use (5/16” recommended). Use safety glasses while drilling to protect your eyes.

Position the brackets where desired on the tubing and either weld in place, or install

using bolts with lock nuts. Tighten the bolts. Be careful not to ream holes to a

larger size when installing brackets or hiding light wires as it will weaken the tubing

and may cause it to fail.
